- How and why create an account?
- Your account is the first stage in the process of placing an order. It allows you to place your orders very quickly and to track their dispatch.
- To create an account, all you need to do is click on "My account", and then on « Create an account ». Fill in the form for creating an account and click on « Continue ». You will then receive an e-mail which allows you to validate your registration

- Forgotten password: If you have forgotten your password, click on « My account » then on « Forgotten password? Click here ». Type in your e-mail address and you will receive a new password which you can change later in the space l’espace « My account »

My orders
- When will I receive my order?
- You can consult the status of your order by clicking on « My account », then on your order in progress.
- Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time generally noted in France is between 2 to 4 days. It is sometimes necessary to allow for a few more days depending on the destination or the time of year.
- Status of your order:
- « In hold » : your order has been taken into account by our services and will be processed.
- « Supplying in progress » : the products which you have ordered and which were unavailable at the time of purchase have been directly ordered from our suppliers, from whom we are awaiting a re-supply.
- « In process » : your order is in the course of being processed by our Dispatch service, it will be dispatched as soon as possible.
- « Dispatched »: your order has been dispatched and you have received the Colissimo parcel tracking number for this order by e-mail.
- « Partial dispatch » : your order has been partially dispatched (only the available products have been dispatched, the others are being supplied) and you have received the Colissimo parcel tracking number for this order by e-mail.
- « Cancelled » : at your request, the order has been cancelled for a variety of reasons (supplying time period too long, an error made concerning the ordered product…).
- Monitoring my orders
- You haven’t received your parcel? In the case where you have not received your item more than one week after the dispatch date:
- Check the accuracy of the delivery address.
- Enquire at your post office, the postman probably brought back the parcel at the end of his round.

- An error has been made concerning my order or a faulty item has been delivered to me
- In the case of a wrong order, you are fully reimbursed
- We promise to reimburse you, or to exchange the products which are faulty or do not correspond to your order. The request must be made within the 7 working days following delivery. You will be reimbursed the return postage and packing costs

- On receipt of the parcel you have 7 days to change your mind, we will fully reimburse the price of items which are returned in good condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions...), with the invoice, within 7 days including the day that the parcel was received

- The product I bought does not meet my expectations, may I exchange it or be reimbursed?

Delivery
- Free delivery
- Postage is free of charge for all orders which amount to €100 or more. This condition is strictly applicable to the following countries: metropolitan France (by Colissimo tracking only), Germany, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Great Britain, Italy and Spain.
- In the case of an order which amounts to less than €100, the delivery costs come to €10 (a condition strictly applicable to the list of aforementioned countries).

- The transportation delivery time by post is generally noted to take between 48 and 72hrs for metropolitan France, between 5 to 7 days for an overseas department of France and between 4 to 8 days internationally. To be able to know your delivery time, it is sometimes necessary to allow for a few more days, depending on the destination or time of year.
- In the case of an order where the products were indicated as being "Available within1 to 3 weeks": the product (or products) has been directly ordered from the manufacturers, and will be delivered to our sales outlet within a maximum of 3 weeks. The item will then be dispatched to your home within 3 (working) days by Colissimo tracking. Delivery times can vary between 1 to 3 weeks depending on the brands and the availability of their products (according to sizes, models, etc). If for any reason the delivery of the product (to our offices) takes over 3 weeks, we promise to reimburse you on request !!!

- You will receive the Colissimo number for your order the day after it has been dispatched, as during the first 24hrs the parcel is transported to the sorting office in France and does not yet have an identification number. For example, if you receive an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your order on the 12th of the month, this order will have been dispatched on the 11th

We offer a completely secure means of payment by bank card, a service established by Servired, a Spanish company for means of payment, a member of the Group Visa Europe and principal member of the Group MasterCard International- As soon as you type in the number of your bank card, you will automatically be redirected to the bank’s secure server. We have NO access at all to the bank card number of our clients, as they are under the management and sole responsibility of the bank.

- Since it is located in the Principality of Andorra, a country which is not subject to VAT, Daytona 2000 S.L. is able to propose some very attractive prices in comparison to France.
- All the prices advertised on our website are, on average, 15% cheaper than in France.
- All the products which we dispatch are subject to VAT, which we accept financial responsibility for, so that we do not surcharge the price of our items and are able to offer you the best prices.
- The prices in the shop are even more attractive as they are not subject to any supplementary tax.
- Satisfied or reimbursed
- We promise to reimburse you, or to exchange the products which do not correspond to your order. The request must be made within 7 working days following delivery. Only the return postage and packing costs are at your expense.
- In the case of receipt of the wrong products for your order (an error on our part), the return postage and packing costs will be reimbursed.
